There are some informing from the Theology house to all our dear readers and well wishers.

• Our First year Theology students have successfully finished their Village explosives program as the part of their theological studies. And also completed the first semester.
• We as a community celebrated the silver jubilee Religious Celebrations of Fr. Beppe. And there was a special thanksgiving mass Celebrated by him and he shared his long years of religious life with us. And it was interesting to hear about his life. He specially mentioned thanks for his all formatters and all who have supported him in his years of Religious life.

• We Celebrated deevaaly in our house. As India is world famous for its various kinds of celebrations, we can not just avoid the celebration of Light. It was well prepared by our dear brothers. As I feel it was not so much light but lots of exploiting and heart breaking sound everywhere around the house. It was indeed wonderful to have a nice celebrations.

• Yesterday(21-10-2006) we celebrated the community celebrations of Birthdays and feast days and so on. Our specially guest was Mr. Leenus. And it was indeed good and our special cooking brothers prepared nice Porotta and beef curry and it was indeed enjoyed by all.

• Today(22-101-2006) and in the coming days all the members of our community will be our finding new vocations for our congregation from different parts of Kerala and Andhra Pradesh. And we believe that the 'Master will sent many workers to his vineyard'. And we all request all of your prayers for our short time of Mission.

That is all from here for the time being and we hope that we all meet in our daily prayers.

The visit of Fr. Richard MacDonald.

The provincial superior of USA visited the community of the Priests of the Sacred Heart, Eluru on 23rd of the month of September. He came here along with Fr. Angle and Bro. Leonard. And it was in the morning and he had some rest. And then in the launch time he was officially welcomed to the community by Fr. Kus. And in the evening there was a community meeting with him. He was speaking about the country of USA, SCJs in USA and the church and so on. And there was some questions asked by the brothers and fathers for which he was a giving very adequate answer. And it was indeed wonderful to hear about USA and the SCJs and so on.

In the next day that is on Sunday – he was concelebrated the Holy Eucharist in the chapel of Adoration Monastery. And around 10 in the morning he went to see the construction of our new Theology house and then to the campus of our college and so some of the houses in the campus. And it was indeed wonderful to have a trip he said after it. But it was indeed exhausting too.

In the next day- on Monday- he celebrated the Holy Eucharist in our community chapel. And in his message he was emphasizing about his visit of India. And he said that “I could see different faces of God. And a more reality with my own eyes”. In fact it is more of an appreciation and an advice for all of the community members to be real in the image and likeness of God. And he said thanks to the community for its hospitality and generosity towards him. And around 8.30 he left the house with Fr. Beppe to Philippines. There they will attend the inauguration of the new Theology house and Fr. Mac Donald will go back to USA.

And it was a wonderful experience for all of us to be with him and all the community members of Eluru appreciated his gentleness and happy moments that he shared with the community. We hope to have more visits from him and from USA.
